30-day returns
If your piece is not right for you, click “Request a refund” within 30 days of delivery and enter your order number and reason. You can also email [email protected].
Preparing your return
Keep the piece unused and in its original condition, and retain the original packaging. After you submit your request, we will email the return address and shipping instructions.
Refunds and cancellations
Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will go back to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider. Unshipped orders can be cancelled for a full refund.
Damage or incorrect items
If your piece arrives damaged, defective or different from your order, describe the issue in your request and email photos of the piece and packaging so we can help.
Personalized pieces
Any different return conditions for personalized pieces will be clearly stated before purchase.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including the 14-day withdrawal right where applicable.
