Thirty days
Write to the studio within 30 days of delivery with the order number if you want to return a piece. It must be unused and in the packing it arrived in. A return is accepted only after the studio confirms it. Refunds go back to the original payment. Unshipped orders can be cancelled for a full refund. This does not remove statutory rights, including the 14-day withdrawal right where it applies.
Made-to-order and customized pieces
Any applicable exceptions for personalized or commissioned work must be clearly shown before purchase. Nothing in this preview removes mandatory consumer rights.
