A considered journey.
Shipping is included
The price of a released piece includes freight. Checkout still calculates that freight from the shared carrier rates, using the piece’s weight, size and cargo type, and records it on the order. You are not charged it again. Import duties and local taxes are outside that price.
Making and shipping are separate
Production time is the range saved on the piece. Transit is the carrier line for your country, or the country estimate when no booked line exists. Checkout shows both after you choose a destination. Large architectural pieces are quoted through the trade form.
Arrival and condition
When sales open, delivery documentation will explain inspection and damage reporting. Keep packaging and take photographs if a parcel arrives damaged; contact the studio for the applicable next steps.
